The new waterfront Battery Park City building is now ready for NYC residents! Just on the corner of Warren Street stands a luxurious redesign - holding only 169 condos.

With a drastically reduced apartment count, the residences are large. The building’s smallest apartment is still over 1,000 square feet and has two bedrooms. The biggest apartment size holds five bedrooms. From the smallest apartment to the largest one, you’re looking to spend about $2 million to $10 million.

Questions All People Considering Renters' Insurance Should Ask

Renter's insurance can make all the difference. If you choose the right one, that is. To start - the biggest mistake you could make is not purchasing any at all. Second, these important questions will help guide you toward a good decision.

If you are an NYC homeowner or tenant, here are a few things you can do (or talk to your landlord about doing) in order to winterize your home:

• Weatherproof doors and windows to prevent heat loss.
• Check your attic for proper insulation or have better insulation installed.
• Schedule your routine heating system maintenance. Clean and/or replace filters. 
• Keep space heaters away from flammable items and never leave the house or apartment with one left on. 
• Remove snow and rainwater form roofs and drains regularly to prevent the formation of leaks. 
• Shut valves to outdoor water pipes and properly insulate all other pipes to prevent freezing and/or bursting.

Yes, it's true! 432 Park Avenue will be the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere when it's complete, at an amazing 1,396 feet! This building is a pretty cool reminder that these amazing pieces of architecture don't just happen over night. People have to go all the way up there and work on it.
