Alan Margolin and Associates is accredited by the IAS, otherwise known as the International Accreditation Service, to perform special inspections. IAS is a subsidiary of the International Code Council and ensures that an organization operates in the highest level of ethical, legal, and technical standards. An accredited firm puts a client's mind at ease, knowing they will receive a safe and reliable product.

IAS provides rigorous criteria for compliance and continually oversights its accredited agencies; a standard they have been setting since 1975. Alan Margolin and Associates is happy to be one of the first agencies in the NYC area permitted to perform special inspections.
